General Information:
All International orders have the option of insurance. If you decline to choose insurance then WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING or DAMAGED PACKAGES.
After shipment of an international package you will receive a customs/tracking number. This number is given as proof of shipment and usually only updates when postage is made, when your package leaves the United States Customs office and occasionally when your package is delivered (UK,AUSTRALIA,CANADA,PARTS OF EUROPE). In some cases, no update will appear.It is important that you are patient when ordering internationally. Due to customs delays, it could take up to a month and a half for First-Class International packages to arrive (depending on your distance and the customs procedures). If your package has not arrived in 45 days and you purchased insurance, please contact us so we can go forth in an insurance claim in order to receive your refund.
Import Tax/Duties:
You are responsible for your countries import tax or duties. We also will not falsify customs forms to avoid import tax and duties. If you refuse a package and your package is returned to our offices you will be refunded minus shipping and/or insurance. If it fails to arrive, you can not be refunded. Please plan accordingly or look up your country's threshold/tax information as well as keep track of your shipment using your tracking number.
Insurance:
For certain countries,the customer must participate in the claim (acknowledge that you did not receive your package with the insurance dept) to receive your refund.
